Characteristics of rubber track walking system

Rubber crawler has the characteristics of light weight, small vibration, low noise, large adhesion, good ground adaptability, no damage to the road surface, etc. Especially suitable for urban road construction, the basic structure of rubber track and steel track is the same, usually by the guide wheel, supporting wheel, driving wheel, support wheel, track and walking frame and other parts, its main differences and characteristics are:

(1) The rubber track is the whole continuous eyebrow belt moulded by rubber, the heart is strengthened by fabric and a number of steel cables, the outside is equipped with a shoe, and the inside is equipped with a transmission part. The steel drive is embedded in the vulcanized rubber belt. The main parameters of rubber track are pitch, number, track width, pattern and embedded metal parts

(2) The driving wheel is installed on the walking reducer, which is used to wind the track to ensure the mechanical running operation. The driving wheel of rubber track adopts convex tooth shape and pitch is 128mm. Bending stress in the working process of overburden belt will cause fatigue damage, so the driving wheel diameter is not too small

(3) The support wheel, support wheel and guide wheel are straddled on both sides of the track teeth, pressed on the rubber plane, in order to prevent rim cutting and serious rubber pressure and damage, so the rim width: because the teeth are higher, so the wheel body is larger.
